Shimakaze is a fictional anime character from the popular video game Kantai Collection. She is a young and petite girl with a slim figure and short blonde hair. Shimakaze wears a navyblue school uniform and a sailor hat, which are both adorned with various nautical symbols. She also has long, white knee-high socks and black boots. Her most distinguishing features are the large twin turrets mounted on her thighs that she uses as weapons.

Shimakaze is known in the game for her incredible speed and agility, which she uses to dart around the battlefield and take out her enemies with ease. She is also quite mischievous and can have a bit of a reckless streak, but she has a good heart and is fiercely loyal to her friends.
