Roronoa Zoro, also known as "Pirate Hunter Zoro" in the world of ONE PIECE, is a fictional character known for his striking physical appearance. He sports three gold hoop earrings in his left ear, and his green hair is styled in a distinctive, tousled way that makes him easy to spot in a crowd. Zoro's signature bandana sits atop his head, complete with a Jolly Roger symbol that marks him as a pirate. He normally wears a white tank top, a pair of beige pants, and an emerald green sash tied around his waist. Each of Zoro's arms features intricate tattoos, which are visible when he removes his white coat.

Zoro is a skilled swordsman and a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. He hails from the East Blue, and was once the apprentice of a legendary swordsman named Koushirou. After a tragic incident in which he was framed for the murder of his own teacher, Zoro vowed to clear his name and became a wandering swordsman. Sometime later, he was recruited by the pirate captain Monkey D. Luffy to join his crew. Zoro serves as the second-in-command of the Straw Hats and is fiercely loyal to his captain. He is also known for his insatiable appetite and his occasional bouts of stubbornness.
