Chucky, a fictional anime character from the Bride of Chucky series, is one terrifying sight to behold. He stands at just over 1/7th scale size, yet his presence can fill a room with dread. His signature striped sweater is paired with denim overalls and well-worn work boots. But what sets him apart from other horror figurines are his features. His hair, a tangled mess of reddish-orange locks, is matted and unkempt. His eyes, a piercing blue, seem to follow any movement in the room. And of course, his most distinguishing feature: his evil, maniacal grin framed by scars and stitch marks. This is the stuff of nightmares.

The story of Chucky is one of possession and murder. In the original Child's Play film, we learn that notorious serial killer Charles Lee Ray is hunted down by police in a toy store. In a last-ditch effort to escape capture, he uses voodoo magic to transfer his consciousness into a popular children's doll. Enter Chucky. The innocent-looking doll is soon revealed to be possessed by the murderous Charles Lee Ray, and from there, the killing spree begins. Throughout the series, Chucky terrorizes anyone who crosses his path, using his diminutive size and surprising strength to his advantage. But as the series progresses, we see Chucky evolve from a purely evil figure to a more complex character with complicated relationships and motivations. One thing remains constant, however: Chucky always leaves destruction in his wake.
