Just like Cuphead, Cuphea sports a bright, red short-sleeved t-shirt with gold buttons and oversized brown shorts. She has a big, round head with large eyes, a small nose, and a tiny pink mouth. Her head is mostly colored in black with hints of red on her nose, cheeks, and forehead. She also has a pair of pointy, cartoonish white gloves and shiny black shoes that resemble loafers. To top off her unique and distinct appearance, Cuphea has two small horns protruding from her hair, making her look both cute and edgy at the same time.
