Lance, also known as PPP (Pokemon: Lance Complete Figure), is a tall and muscular man with spiky blue hair, silver eyes, and a stern expression. He has a distinctive dragon tattoo on his left arm, which further emphasizes his fierce and powerful persona. Lance often dresses in dark-colored combat gear, including a leather jacket, boots, and gloves, which symbolizes his readiness for battle.

Lance's story begins in the distant region of Kanto, where he was born to a family of dragon trainers. From a young age, he showed an exceptional talent for taming and commanding some of the most powerful dragon-type Pokemon, such as Dragonite, Charizard, and Gyarados. As he grew older, Lance's skills were recognized by the Kanto League, and he became a Gym Leader, feared and respected by his opponents. Later on, Lance was invited to join the Elite Four, a group of the most powerful trainers in the region, and eventually became its champion. Throughout his journey, Lance faced numerous challenges and fought against many formidable foes, including Team Rocket and their leader, Giovanni. He also played a vital role in saving the region from the evil machinations of a group of rogue trainers, who sought to control legendary Pokemon and use them for their own nefarious purposes.
