Noe is a fictional anime character that features in the Nendoroid The Book of Vanitas series. His physical appearance is that of a young boy with pale skin, big brown eyes, and short brown hair. He is slightly shorter than the average boy of his age, and his face always wears a gentle expression. Noe is often seen wearing a black top hat, a white shirt, a black waistcoat, and black trousers, complemented with a long red coat.

Noe's story is that he is a vampiric archivist whose purpose is to keep track of every word that has been cursed. He also has the ability to heal any curses or injuries. As a child, he was bitten by the vampire king, turning him into an immortal being. He was later found and taken in by a cursed human sorcerer, where he learned how to read and record curses in the Book of Vanitas, a magical tome that can cure or exacerbate curses. While he is kind-hearted and positive, Noe struggles with his past, including the death of his sire, who he had grown to love as one would a parent. He often seeks comfort from his companion, Vanitas, the series' main protagonist, who seems to understand him best. Together, they search for the truth behind the Book of Vanitas while facing various challenges along the way.
