Chifuyu Matsun is a fictional anime character from the series "Tokyo Revengers." She is portrayed as a young woman with short black hair and piercing red eyes. Chifuyu has a slender physique and stands at a height of 160 cm (5'3''). She often wears a tough and edgy look with leather jackets, boots, and heavy makeup. Her outfit complements her rebellious nature, and she carries herself with confidence and pride.

Chifuyu's backstory is full of tragedy and violence. She grew up in a dysfunctional household where her parents were abusive towards each other and their children. As a result, Chifuyu developed a tough exterior, refusing to show vulnerability or emotions. She joined a biker gang and found solace in the sense of belonging and protection that being a part of the group provided. Chifuyu's life took a turn when she met Takemichi, the main protagonist of the series, and fell in love with him. She left the gang to start a new life with Takemichi, but her past caught up with her. Chifuyu was brutally murdered, leaving Takemichi heartbroken and traumatized.
