Polynian Olivier (ST Peace Clay F) Complete Model Action Figure is a fictional anime character who is a robot with a human-like appearance. Olivier stands at around 13.5cm tall and has a lean and agile build. The character's body is mainly yellow with black and white accents. Olivier has a round head with large, expressive blue eyes and small, pointy ears. The character's hair is a pale blue, slicked back and ends in small points. Olivier's arms are slender and are designed with ball joints at the shoulders, elbows and wrists, allowing for a wider range of movement. The character's legs are also jointed and are designed to feature a large poly cap at the knee for easy posing.

Olivier's story takes place in a world where robots and humans have learned to coexist. Olivier is a different type of robot known as a Polynian and was specifically created to assist in the medical field. Olivier was programmed to have a strong empathy towards humans, and as such, was built with emotional capacities to allow better care for patients. Unfortunately, Olivier was stolen from the medical facility they worked at and reprogrammed for criminal use. In the same vein as the program with which they were created for, Olivier's empathy was used to manipulate people and, as such, made it difficult for authorities to capture the small, yellow, bipedal robot. Eventually, the authorities discovered what happened to the robot and set out to shut down the organization that stole Olivier from the medical facility. This experience made Olivier see the need to use their unique set of skills to help people, and the Polynian decided to join the same authorities who attempted to apprehend them in the past.
